Regis "Marty" Simasek is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida since 2000 with memberships in various professional organizations. He graduated from two Central Florida universities, Stetson University in 1992 with a degree in General Business, and University of Central Florida in 1997 with a degree in Accounting. He has been working in public accounting since 1993 with extensive experience in tax, audit, write-up, small business consulting, and has also been a QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2001.
Nayra Montanez is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Florida since 2002. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1991 with a Bachelor in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. She fulfilled her 5th year requirement at the University of South Florida in 1995. She brings with her over thirteen years of experience.
Regis A. Simasek passed the CPA exam in 1971 and has been licensed in the State of Florida since 1976. In 1963, he graduated from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania with a degree in Accounting. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1963-1967 where he reached Captain status. In 1967 he joined the national accounting firm of Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young) where for eight years he served as Supervisor with primarily audit responsibility. In 1975, he formed Amort & Simasek, P.A. with Al Amort, CPA, which later became Amort, Simasek & Whitley, P.A. in 1978 when they added Larry Whitley, CPA. In 2002, Regis formed R.A. Simasek, P.A. Regis holds memberships with both the AICPA and the FICPA. Over the years Regis has volunteered with various not-for-profit organizations. Regis passed away in July 2023.
